What is your minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Our standard minimum order is 5 kg per tea or a total of 20 kg per order (mixed varieties are allowed). For new partners, we can sometimes offer smaller trial quantities—just contact us and describe your needs.
Can I order samples before placing a larger order?
Yes. We provide paid samples in 50–100 g packs for most teas. If you confirm a wholesale order afterwards, sample costs can be deducted from your first invoice.
Do you offer custom blends or private-label packaging?
On request, we can help create custom blends and provide neutral or private-label packaging options (e.g. bulk bags, catering packs, or branded labels). Tell us your volume and concept, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
How do shipping and delivery work for wholesale orders?
Orders are dispatched from Estonia using reliable EU carriers. Delivery within the Baltics typically takes 2–5 working days, other EU countries 5–10 days depending on volume and courier. We’ll always confirm shipping price and estimated delivery time before you approve the order.
